Big Goals by The MANNA Collection

MANNA's latest drop was a limited collection of custom jerseys designed for a local soccer team. Reversible, and in MANNA brand colors, the quality speaks for itself.

A handful of jerseys were made available on St. Patrick's Day to celebrate a holiday full of green... just our speed!

If you didn't get a chance to cop a jersey of your own, but told us you'd want to be a part of the next drop, fill out our form

On Jersey Design

Our co-founder, Max, describes his design process when it came to the logo on our jerseys.

The jersey design originated as a project for his Chicago-based soccer team, known over the years by many names but always comprised of at least a few of the same core members, and quickly drew interest within our wider Chicago community.

"The idea was to use abstract/scrappy stick figures resembling team members, all mixed into each other, coming from different angles (diversity) to show how we all complement each other through the power of kicking a ball (...or each other's heads, depending on how you see it.)

Keeping all elements enclosed within a circular format to convey the idea of unity & diversity. All coming together from different places to form a united team/unit.

It is no coincidence that they also look like hieroglyphs. I read that they used to tell stories about heroes, battles and other important events in history - our soccer team and what we've been through. We are timeless and will remain part of each other's history."

- Max

Beyond the soccer team, this design represents the collective that has been a part of our vision from the start.

MANNA was always meant to integrate within communities. The community of the featured artist, the community we have fostered as founders, and the communities that we can reach by offering unique, original pieces online. We've set some big goals, and it is exciting to see how they are taking shape alongside the work of Hanna, our current in-house artist.

Speaking of, don't miss out on the FINAL months of MANNA1 and Hanna's incredible work. If you've been waiting to snag a Surfer tote or a Fish mug... or maybe an Organic print (or 3) this is your sign.

The time is now! @existloudly_ceramics

Don't Miss Out on the FINAL Months of MANNA1

MANNA1 has been an absolute blast, and we cannot thank our dear friend Hanna Wittmack enough for trusting us to run her collection as we simultaneously navigated founding the brand.

We discussed with Hanna recently how her work has evolved in the time since the extended run of collection began. A beautiful reminder of the fact that art is a fluid thing, from taste to technique, it is forever in flux.

Artists change. Consumers change. Trends change. By offering limited collections of work from individuals we not only get to share a more diverse range of work, but we allow the artists to offer work from a defined period of their career. Pieces that remain in our permanent collection will be approved by our artists, and are always subject to be pulled if an artist ever feels that the piece no longer aligns with their artistic identity.

With that being said...

This is an official announcement that Hanna's collection of work is coming to an end this spring.

By June 1, we will have an entirely new artist and collection of featured work for you! So, be sure to browse Hanna's work while it lasts. This time, once products are gone, they won't be restocked.
